モーツァルトの交響曲第35番『ハフナー』のユニークな個性が好きで、曲から思い浮かぶ印象、曲を聴いているときに脳裏に浮かぶ図形などを、表現しました。
音楽を聴いていると、音が図形になって出てきます。建築物のような形状になって降り積もります。その建築物のような形状は、塔のように長くなることもあれば、いくつもできて街のような景観になることもあります。

この背景の金箔のようすは、尾形光琳作「杜若子花図屏風」に使用されていた用い方です。笑いと涙、出会いと別れの両方で成り立つことを肯定的に捉え、まばゆい金色で賛美したいという、最近の私の作風になりました。

I like the unique personality of Mozart's Symphony No. 35, "Haffner'', and I expressed the impressions that come to mind from the song, and the shapes that come to mind when listening to the music.
When I listen to music, the sounds come out in the form of shapes. It accumulates in the shape of a building. Its architectural shape can be long, like a tower, or it can be made up of several, creating a city-like landscape.

The gold leaf used in the background is the method used in a great Rimpa artist Korin Ogata's masterpiece "The Ireses". It has become my recent style to express my positive understanding of the fact that both laughter and tears, meetings and farewells are formed in base of our lives, and to praise it with cracked shining gold.
