【受講制度について】
・毎学期のテーマが変わります。
・毎学期1回目のレッスンは基礎の竹をおさらいしてから練習を開始します。
・２回目以降のレッスンで、復習、そして応用を学びます。
・各学期の修了ごとに、色紙に清書します。
・入会は随時募集しています。
・講師を目指さずに、趣味として学ばれる方も、水彩画などの技法を磨くために受講される方ももちろん歓迎です。
・講義は、英語のクラス、日本語のクラスがあります。

【資格取得制度について】
オンライン上の水墨画講師になる資格試験を受験できます。
各学期連続合格者は講師認定後、ホームページ上でご氏名を公表させて頂きます。ぜひ励んでお稽古してください。
水墨画の愛好者を世界に増やしましょう。（別途検定料がかかります。）

【受講に必要な道具】
・水墨画の基本的な道具一式が必要です。
基本的な道具：
筆、硯、墨（固形の墨）、練習用半紙、下敷き、とき皿2枚、
文鎮、筆洗器、筆をふく布、色紙（推奨、特に講師認定を目指す方はかならず用意して下さい。）

・最初は水彩画の用具でも構いません。
その場合は、講師のアドバイスが十分に受けられない事が多いでしょうが、各自の責任において判断してください。
全く水墨画の経験のない方は、はじめはお手元の水彩画道具または書道用具で宜しいかと思います。
墨汁よりも固形墨の使用を一貫して推奨いたします。

初心者に推奨する道具の例：
1.水彩画筆の場合は、10号くらいの柔らかく太い穂の丸いセーブル筆。
書道用具の場合は、なるべく水含みの良い羊毛筆。
2.黒いチューブ絵具
3.紙
4.白い小皿2枚
5.白いフェルトの下敷き
6.筆洗器
最低でも上記は必ず揃えた上で受講を開始してください。
お試し受講の際も必要です。

◆For the first time, please participate in the 30-minute trial course (charged: 1,000 yen).
You will be asked to confirm the necessary environment, such as the atmosphere of the class and camera settings.

[About the attendance system]
・The theme changes every semester.
・In the first lesson of each semester, we will review the basics of bamboo before starting practice.
・In the second and subsequent lessons, we will review and learn applications.
・At the end of each semester, we will make a clean copy of the work on colored paper.
・We are always accepting applications for membership.
・People who are not aiming to become instructors but are learning as a hobby, and people who want to improve their techniques in watercolor painting, etc. are also welcome.
・Lectures are available in both English and Japanese.

[About the qualification system]
You can take a qualification exam to become an online ink painting instructor.
After consecutive successful applicants for each semester are certified as instructors, their names will be published on the website. Please practice diligently.
Let's increase the number of ink painting enthusiasts around the world. (Examination fees apply.)

[Tools required for this class]
- You will need a basic set of tools for ink painting.

Basic tools:
Brush, inkstone, ink (solid ink), practice paper, writing pad, two of art plates,
paperweight, brush washer, cloth for wiping brushes,  paper board (especially for those aiming for instructor certification, must prepare these.)
We consistently recommend using solid ink rather than ink.

- You can use watercolor tools at first.


If you have no experience with ink painting, I think it would be fine to start with watercolor tools or calligraphy tools that you have at home. In that case, you will likely not receive enough advice from the instructor, but please make your own judgment at your own risk.

Examples of tools recommended for beginners:
1. For watercolor brushes, a soft, thick, round sable brush of about size 10 to 12.
For calligraphy tools, a wool brush that absorbs water as well as possible.
2. Black paint tube
3. Paper
4. Two small white plates(not plastic)
5. White felt pad(bigger than paper size)
6. Brush washer containers(2)
Please make sure to have at least the above items before starting the class.

9. Transfer the cost of the next lesson and equipment from the next term onwards. Prepare the equipment.
10. The instructor will send you a new textbook to your email address.
11. Attend using Zoom
12. Renew your enrollment every semester. (Transfer money)
