クラスでは、硯で墨をすってお稽古をしています。墨をする時に得られる深い瞑想の時間が、現代の私達には必要です。
In class, we practice by rubbing ink with an inkstone. We need the time of deep meditation that we get when we do ink.

- 夏・・・金魚、うちわ、茄子・野菜など
- 秋・・・各種落ち葉、クリ、紅葉、秋草
- 冬・・・大黒天、干支のもの、松竹梅
- 春・・・花、動物(犬猫)、小鳥、山など
